b16b cams in jdm itr swap?

just got my jdm 2000 itr motor. took off the valve cover and took a look at the cams, seems like the previous owner installed b16b cams. from what i know, 00+ itr cams and b16b cams are identical, so why would the previous owner have done this?

CTR cams and 2000 ITR cams are not the same I dont beleive....CTR cams are the most aggressive B series cam that honda makes.

2001+ ITR cams are the same as CTR cams, but 2000 and older ITR are not as agresssive as CTR cams

2001+? they stopped making the DC2-R in 01

i thought pre '00 itr cams are.. @ 1mm int-240 dur. / 11.5mm lift.
exh-235 dur. / 10.5mm lift.

ctr & 00+ itr cams are.. @ 1mm int-243 dur. / 11.5mm lift.
exh-235 dur. / 10.5mm lift.

please correct me if i'm wrong.
