Default Exhaust question

How similar were the axle back sections of Accord exhausts between the 5th and 6th gen sedans? I found a used exhaust on a car in a junkyard and one of my friends might want it for his car. The exhaust is coming off a 5th gen and would be going onto a 6th gen.

the exhausts are different but with some tweaking, i'm sure you can still pop it in there, just as long as the 6th gen is a 4-cyl. 4th and 5th gen have a much more similar exhaust system than compared to a 6th.

Thanks. Depending on what my friend wants to do, we might just go for it and see how it turns out.

Yeah I also agree the 4th and 5th gen have a lot similar exhaust system compared to the 6th gen, the 6th gen has a different style setup from the end of the b pipe to the rear section exhaust or axle back section. But with some custom work you can make it fit.
