Default Rossi testing Yamaha...

Got this from another forum. If this is a repost... who cares. You can never get enough of Rossi. Check him out hot ******* a power wheelie shifting through a couple gears.

I have Speedvision. If you send me a blank tape, I can tape MotoGP for ya. One race, all the races, whatever. I did that with the 2003 season. (just for reference, it took up about 2.5 VHS tapes total).

When does MotoGP start airing on speed anyways? I am seriously contemplating getting it just for the season. I've never had digital cable before so now is my chance to get speed.

The back wheel came up off the ground before that one turn-lol. He might be small but he sure knows how to handle a big bike. He must weigh like 120lbs or so.

April, I think. I don't know if it's worth getting digital cable and paying all the extra money for just one channel. I believe they put up some movies on the motoGP website that you can d/l and watch.

I don't know how. Is there a program for making VCDs?

Well..I already have digital cable, just don't get the section with Speed, it will be something like an extra $7 a month or something.

As for the VCDs, you would need some video capture hardware to hook your TV up to your computer and then capture the video as mpeg or whatever format you want.

Eh? You got satellite and cable separately? Why? But you don't need digital cable to get Speedvision (I have what amounts to expanded basic).

I really wasn't that much of a fan of rossi's but after reading about him being faster then last years yamaha riders on the same track as them. even though it was just testing, he was way faster then them. props to rossi and I can't wait for the next season.

Question is will anyone really want to bet against him given that he is only a second off of the fastest Biaggi has managed on what is his 'specialist circuit'

I expect the M1 to be chopped and hacked to suit Rossi and as long as it stays reliable he will be up there with the best of them.

Bet on.

Rossi under lap record on final day in Sepang

On the final day of his first factory test with Yamaha at Sepang Valentino Rossi lapped inside his own lap record and edged to within three tenths of a second of his pole position record set at the 2003 Marlboro Malaysian Grand Prix. Rossi’s best time of 2’02.75 was also unofficially the fastest lap of the circuit by any rider on the M1 machine, with Carlos Checa having set a 2’02.885 to qualify second behind the Italian in October. Checa was second quickest again today with a time of 2’03.72 and both riders are now looking forward to returning to the same circuit for their next test in two weeks’ time.

"We did some good work," said Rossi. "The time we made was good for a first test, but tyres and chassis settings were the main aim here. I've really enjoyed my first three days with Yamaha, I'm very happy. There's still work to do on the engine and we'll carry on with that, but overall things have been good."

cliff notes: We have a Championship on our hands.
