Compression of Toda Pistons?

Default Compression of Toda Pistons?
are they at a set compression ratio, like say 12.3:1? Or are they made to your specified CR?

the standard bore compression is 12.3:1

however they sell a .8 and 1 mm HG that allow you to lower the comp to either 12.1 or 11.9
