What parts do I need to install the JDM ITR 4.785 Final Drive Gear on My GSR?

I know I need a the ITR 4.785:1 Final Drive Gear , but what else?

Do I need the ITR Countershaft?
Do I need the ITR Needle Bearing?
Do I need the transfer bearing or throwout bearing?

I know the first gear in the JDM ITR is the same one as the GSR so that will not be changed right?

I also know that they sell a kit with all the parts but it's $475 and I can get Acura parts really cheap! (Example ITR 4.785 FD Gear cost me $172)

Can somebody help me out or tell me the exact parts the gear kit brings so I can match it.
