What is the best way to weld on rear 1/4s? I'm having a friend weld mine on as soon as I get them and just wanted to know. Also How to remove the old 1/4s and where do you cut them?

I would say that if you have no experience in welding body panels you let someone who does, do it, or bring it to a body shop. It's very easy to mess up the thin metal if you don't know what you're doing.
Just my .02 cents.
PS try finding a copy of the Helms "CRX body work manual"

Like I said I have a friend that welds that gonna do it for free I was Mostly just wondering about the how and how much it would cost to get mine cut off.
I posted this in a thread a few weeks ago in the appearance forum becaues i was doing this for the first time. I didn't want to cut and weld the whole panel because i didn't want to have to make sure the whole thing was on right and i wasn't sacraficing the rigidity of the car so i just cut out patch pieces. I welded this side by just cutting the patch piece perfectly to size but i learned it's easier to cut it a little bigger and weld it from behind the existing body panel. Then just fill the area will filler where the transition is. It looks a lot better now since being filled and sanded down.
