NEED HELP PLEASE

I was changing my spark plugs and when I pulled the wires out they were saturated with oil. What is wrong, because that doesn't seem very normal to me.

Replace the rubber gaskets on the valve cover over the spark plug wells - pull the valve cover off to take a look at them.
