Spark plugs: running lean or just too old?

My engine is stock with 145,xxx miles with a AEM short ram intake and custom cat back exhaust. Is this a sign that my A/F mix is lean? Or would it be better to show the new plugs after a few thousand miles?
btw, this is my first time changing them since i bought the car a few months ago.

That's what I say... Swap some new plugs in and read them again... Color wise your fine but you'll be the one who can see detonation (any pits in the electrode or porcelain) as we can't really tell from the pics...

Detonation causes little silvery white specs (think teeny tiny metal) on plugs. Generally way inside the plug below porcelain. Probably won't be able to see detonation with bare eye. Generally use magnifying glass.
As for your plug condition, looks OK.
But I would suggest getting rid of those Bosch Platinum +4's and switching back to non-platinum plugs, like NGK or Denso.
By experience ,for some reason, Bosch plugs especially don't seem to perform well in Honda engines. ]
Again, this is based on my experience. Others may disagree with me.

Thanks for the replies!
I thought they were in bad condition, but what is detination exactly?
I found a new pack of platiums by the spare tire so I replaced the old ones... except the plats that I'm using now are a single electrode.

those look ok to you guys!??! holy ****!
the electrode should be CARMEL colored, not WHITE
get denso or NGK plugs, no need for that 4 tipped bullshit.

change plugs and feel the NGK power. OEM all the way

Kamin,
It's not uncommon for the color of these type of plugs to be that color of white. Yes carmel is what you want plugs to look like, however, these plugs for some reason tend to always look this way after use. It also depends on fuel quality and type as well.
Yes, those plugs do look a little lean, I mean a little, but wouldn't be anything that I would jump the gun on and point a finger at until after I installed better plugs and drove and then rechecked.
