Default Used valve springs and retainers ok?

Can someone please tell me if it's okay to re-use used valve springs and retainers?

I'm looking to buy a used set of JG valave springs and retainers for my JDM B18c.

Any problems with this ? JG brand is okay?

Cheers in advance.

you need the person selling them or yourself to take them to a machine shop and have the springs checked at the factory installed height( machine shop can access this info) and see if the springs are usable, and you have to look for wear on the retainers, if everything checks out you can use them.

Thanks guys.

The JG retainers / springs are coming out of a B18c from a GSR integra and I'm wanting to put them into a jdm B18c type R. Should be ok I think?

Any feed back on JG goods? reliable?

Thanks again
