Default SAFC -2 for dc5??

just wondering if safc 2 would do any good for my i-vtec integra. im pretty new to this car scene n hope u guys would help me out. i know safc 2 can control the amount of air intake into the engine but would it comply to i -vtec and what good or bad would it do to my ride?? . for example vafc is not that compatible to i vtec ( most mechanics says) so pls help me out guys. . . :D

VAFC2 is compatible w/ i-VTEC I'd go w/ that over the SAFC2
