Default Legal problems with a WW RS Kit

Ok, I have a quick question. It does involve a law we have in Utah. On my old civic, right after I put my WW kit on, that night I was pulled over for not having rear license plate lights. Im sure it was minor thing, and the cop was trying to look for bigger things. But still, it is a law here. Well, since I now have the same kit again, I am stuck with the same problem. So, those of you with the kit, what did you do? Did you work the stock lights into the kit, or did you forget about them? What do you all think of those license plate screw lights? Yeah, some look a little ricy, but they should work right?

Thanks for the info.

I shaved out a small portion of the bumper on top and put in a light from a Ford Tempo I think. Worked fine, gave me an extra 10hp to! USDM Power!

you can use the same stock lights, just cut out the shape of em, use the stock bumper holes as a diagram, then all you gotta do is get some bolts, any bolts with the flushest head, then juts bolt em up using large washers. Worked well for me.
