Default '94 Accord EX Coupe Questions

Ok got a few questions here, Im still a little new to honda so thanks to anyone who has better answers than I do lol. My girlfriend just bought a 94 accord ex coupe. Its real nice but it needed a little work here and there, which Im doing. It seemed to be doing ok, but I just changed the plugs to the regular OE NGK plug and gapped to .044" and I seem to have majorly lost gas mileage. Im not sure how thats really possible because the old ones were FUBAR, Is that gap wrong? Second question is, this accord has a leather interior which is pretty dried out. What should I use to add as much moisture and conditioner back into the leather as possible? Does anyone know where I can find a tan leather drivers seat for that year? (the one in it is ripped). Third and final question is the paint in some areas has some checking/spiderwebbing, Im assuming the only way to fix that is repaint? Is there anything I can do to stop it from getting worse or peeling? Otherwise the car is in great shape and runs really well with its well taken care of F22B1. Only complaint I have is the top of the head under the vavle cover is pretty varnished, Im running BG MOA w/ Mobil 1 Full synthetic in there right now, is there any other ways or things to add to clean out all those deposits/stains? Thanks to anyone who can help out!

regarding the leather......look for a product called "mother's" leathertreament....it works REALLY WELL.....but not sure if they have it round ur parts.....2ndly, in 5th gen accords (94-97) the leather seats rip ALL THE TIME......my driver side is down to the foam padding on the door side of the seat, u might wanna try the junkyards, but i doubt ur gonna find any that arent already ripped...u could always go w/ some nice aftermarket bucket seats, many of which are available in colors (though black would look good w/ any color interior)

Whats a reasonable price for all the seats (cloth) of the same tan color out of a parted-out accord? Anyone know anything about that gap question and the gas mileage thing?
