Default shifting problem

i recently got my b16 swap into my crx and i have a problem. when i push in the clutch to put it in first, it wont go in without force. sometimes i even have to rev it to put it in. i posted this problem last time and people told me it was my tranny fluid but i got that changed and some told me it was my clutch cable, so i got a 90-91 teg cable. it still has the same problem, it also jerks real hard when i shift. its not my tranny because it doesnt grind. someone told me today that it might be my sincros or my gear box. can anyone help me out with this problem?

Try adjusting your clutch cable and check your clutch cable bracket to make sure that it isnt bent. Other the that I dont know what to tell you..

Good luck
