It's cool to have JDM friends :)
Got a package in the mail yesterday from a friend in Tokyo; oh I hope it ain't JDM copier paper

What's in here? My JDM Valentine?

No, it's a Mugen-Honda F1 pit crew shirt (size L)

I can't tell which era the shirt is from ( I was thinking 99-00 Jordan), but the stickers included refer to the legendary 1988 season (McLaren MP4/4 with the RA168E turbo V6), where Honda won 15 out of 16 GP races...I am trying to get confirmation from my (new) JDM contacts who have ties to the Honda F1 programme and Mugen
Inside the JDM bubble wrap is....

A C's Driving Position Shift AND the ultra-rare Stainless Boot Plate for the DC2

I think Im gonna frame the shirt, maybe get it signed...
The C's DPS and Boot Plate are for sale (I already have a std. C's which I love) - insert shameless plug:

Shane, who had a VERY long week, but is now feeling "infinitely" better

I wish I had some JDM friends (so they can get me some of the goodies that I am lusting for from the RevSpeed magazine that I am looking at).

You say you have the std C's short shifter in your car already right? How does it compare to the adjustable one? Are the shifts shorter with the adjustable one than the std one? I want to get a short shifter but I dont really want a robotic arm coming out of my center console.

The std. C's in my car (had to get the ITR shift linkage to make it work):

It looks about the same as a normal shifter, but the throws are very short and very SMOOTH
But then I do have Spoon shifter bushings...
