hello hello.

i am not yet a prelude owner, but i'm looking into buying one right now in non-SH. i test drove the last year model and found its lights to be amber. is that also the same with previous years as well? or was it just for the 01s?

to the best of my knowledge, all 5th gen ludes 97-01 have amber interior lights.....

BMW has spent a lot of money researching this...thats why all their lights are amber inside...its easier on the eyes, and doesnt ruin night vision like blue and red

Which is funny..since VW uses a combo of red and blue on their new dashes....its cool looking, but look at the dash at night, and thn look at the road....it should be fuzzy for like 2 seconds....and that can kill ya!
