The Paradas grip so much better than the stock Michelins. I can totally feel the difference, even in normal driving conditions. Let me know what you guys think.

Did you by chance happen to weigh the Rota's?

 

Yeah actually I did... my p.o.s. bathroom scale reads 16.2 lbs for the 16" rim. Not bad for $450.

 

Damn it...thought they were supposed to be 15 LBS? Or was it 16 LBS?

Ill weigh my 16" Subzero rims once I get them. (Hopefully they will be available on October 20th like Rota said when I called)

 

I weighed my 15" C8s and they were 12lbs, as advertised.

what did those rims run you with tires?

 

I got them on Group Buy.com from No Limit Customs in St. Pete (?) FL.
They were $450 plus 44 for shipping and the tires/mounted/balanced/valve stems were $520 (it was the best deal I oculd get). SO all together about $1015!!!!

I have the Tanabe Super Down Precedo spings and I BELIEVE (not sure) that it's like a 1.5. They were on the car when I bought it and it was the only mod that the guy had done.

I ordered gunmetal and I'm not sure if: A) They sent me bronze by mistake or B) This IS Rota's gunmetal and it's really bronzey looking. Any thoughts/comments on that??? Either way I LOVE THEM!!!!!

About what brand of hood... I think the brand is Robocar... I wanted Fiber Images but the guy at All Versions talked me into the Robocar one.... from the outside it looks just as good as any hood i've seen but the Fiber Images has far better quality on the underside of the hood but who the hell ever sees that??? Thanks for the compliments guys!!!

 

if i had a carbon fiber hood we'd be twins... almost...

wheels look great on your car, hood too...gotta hook urself up with that usdm type-r front lip though...it would complete it all...not make your car look so high in the front...

 

I agree about the front lip... I sent Benen Industries an email and they replied saying that they will be making a CARBON FIBER front lip for the USDM integra bumper. I'm just gonna wait until that comes out and get it. I've been wanting one (c.f. lip) for a while but nobody that I know of makes one for the US bumper. Only for JDM. Thanks for the suggestion.

 

i had no idea they would be making one, if i knew it wouldnt be 600 bucks, and i wouldnt destroy it within 2 weeks, id probably get one...did they tell you if its gonna be the carbon/kevlar mix like their current one for the eg?
