Anyone have a Mugen ECU they'd like to part with?
I'm considering going back to running a Mugen race ECU since I'm no longer running boost and I liked how it worked when I had one.
That being said, I guess I coud have Steve use the Hondata setup or just get a VAFC to tweak some engine parameters.
LOL! I wonder how long I can leave #151 stock with all this Expo 4 talk!

True, that's why I'd included that option above.
Though I'd like to get the rom editor and emulator, etc. if I was going to stick with the Hondata.
However, I still liked the response of the GeNuIne Mugen DC2 Ecu.
Shouldn't have sold it when I had it!

Fair?
He'd have to go on a high carb diet and add two 12" subs before expo then.

I'll be getting some pads/fluid and probably install the sp00n calipers I "salvaged".
Other than that I'm a recovering boost addict.

as long as your power is within reason (not boosted) we'll have some fun
As for the 2 12 subs, not only is that for sound but it helps with the F/R balance fo the car- You would be surpised!
AND, and I just finished eating 2- yes two bagels with cream cheese, mmm mmmm mmmmmmmmm good!
Fvck the carb diets- live once! Although I might only make it to 40.. i will be a happy person

Almost good as my waffles w/cream cheese and Jif pb between them and maple syrup as a topper.
Though I just made an omlet!
Looks like we'll need some "lightweight" instructors. haha

That's alright, I just had some hot turkey, corned beef, pastrami mashed potatoes with gravy, cranberry relish, and now I'm leaving work to pick up some beer and stuff to mix bloody marys for the wife.
When I get home I might just need a nap.
Boy, work is tough.
But, Rob is right, keep it close to stock Ed, I'd like to drive with you this season too.
Care to come back up to Watkin's Glen? I've already been scouring NASA-VIR's site and plotting my schedule for this season. I just bought some R comp tires a few hours ago and I think I'll have my braking issues all cinched up as soon as it defrosts here.

I suppose.
Oh well ... The Glen would be nice, though I'm really only planning on the Expo this year.

Mugen ECU is a tad $$$$. I had one in my car for about 7 months. The car runs extremly RICH and gas milage goes down. Driving Impressions are with the setup I was running JDM 4-1, Cat, N1 at the time... the vtec being so low was to low therefore causing a loss in HP. Reving the motor out does feel nice but always scared with my stock valvetrain.
In taking my R to the 1/4 mile, I netted more consistent and better E/t's with the USDM Stock ECU. Consistent 13.7's and with the N1 Ecu I would be 13.8 and 9's and less consistent. I wish I could have dyno'ed both.
