First off, I didn't see any forum where a question like this could be posted specifically to the officials of this site. So I put it here.

The new format of the forum pages doesn't seem to allow me to select an Icon when trying to post a new topic, when using the Netscape browser. (I'm currently using Microsoft to post this) As a result, the forum program rejects the post, stating that I have to select an Icon.

It seems to me that this is another example where coding is specific to Microsoft products.

I'm sure Bill Gates would be very happy to know that people have to use his product in order to post questions on this board! (I can feel his hand on my wallet right now)
