I have a dohc zc which is dead and a d15b2 swap out of a 4dr in my hatchback, so my question is has anyone tried the zc intake manifold ona d series? or does anyone know that it will fit??

 

No it will not fit. I tried it on my D15 aslo because somebody told me it would but just look at the bolt pattern and you'll see.


The ZC mani is like this * * * * and the D series is something like ** **
But either way It won't bolt up.

 

well the problem with this whole thing is i have a 99 EX intake manifold and it works as far as bolting up but the sensors and **** that are on the si and zc intake manifold arent on the 99 ex one so...

You should be able to find information around on the Y8 manifold swaps. Try a few searches.

 

yeah i can search on it and find stuff but the manifold just doesnt have the hook ups for sensors so like i have pluggd n stuff but i have like four sensors that wont attach or anythin so i have a fucked up idle...

 

My IAT sensor and another sensor that used to be on my Z6 intake is just hanging off the back on my Y8... Ran 14.6@94mph with a stock clutch and HMT motor.
