go from the bottom up, use small bits and gradually increase the hole/bit size. The hood pins bend very ease too, I have the same pins on my car. I don't have a place to post pics, imagestation sux.

Is that Integra an auto?
Maybe I just can't see the clutch pedal in the pic.
Nevermind, I see the clutch pedal now.

bottom up... i dont think so... you ever drill CF before... firsty off, have to use brand new drill bit or a old 1 with a sharpened tip... if not, you wont make it though the fiber with out it splintering... anyway, use a sharp bit from the top... best thing would be to put masking tape on the hood and drill though the tape... some one else sugegsted a pilot hole, that would be use full so then you can use that as a guide for your pin hole, but only do 2 bit sizes, the pilot hole, then the correct pin size...
ahh u dont wanna see the white teg.....his ***** beat lol j\k tom i liekd that car
it's the wings west RSI lip.
Do you have any pics of the white integra behind the green one?

I drilled from the bottom with a unibit until the tip barely came through then I went from the top for a clean cut, they look super clean Pics to come
I don't have the tools, skill, or confidence to drill into mine. Is there a place I could take it too?
Also, did you guys simply drill and install the pins or did you use some sort of protection?

i had a cf hood on my old car.....after poping the hood so many times it started o crack....if i ahd t do it again id just gt soem rope and tie it down rather than hod pins....but thats just me
Booster, that teg is outta hand !! Very nice....
To tell you the truth... a GT touring tail would suit that car nicely...
Booster, where did you get those yellow brights/fog style lights... I have been looking for them and no one knows what I am talking about !

People do it either way, I just did mine from the bottom up, and vice versa(top down) to enlarge the holes, the drill bits were almost brand new. I used a hand drill too not an electric one. Everyone has their own way of doing things. Mine did not splinter BTW.
the green integra is my boys car... the yellow headlights and turn signals are just painted... he used a japanese paint made for lights or whatnot to do them... just put a couple of cotes on them... so far no problems... and his hood is carbon-kevlar... also the best quality hood iv ever seen... nicer than spoon i must say... u cant buy them though... a guy made a couple of cf hoods for imports back in the day and now he does strictly f1... i think that hood with the carbon-kevlar *may* be the only one around... other companies do make the carbon kevlar hoods.... but i dont think ill ever see another one like this
