That is one of those items where you'll get a $1000 for it, or people will want you to pay them to take it off your hands. It's really hard to say. It is really just a thoroughly thrashed Integra bumper. To us however, it is a thoroughly thrashed Integra bumper from a genuine racecar with the signature of a pretty competent racecar driver on it. Who knows what it will go for? I would try E-bay as well, though I would put a reserve on it for something like $500.

Baonest, would you sell me a small chip of the orange paint? I can't find the paint code for Realtime dayglo orange, and I'm going to have to mix an approximate color for my race kaa.

I think you should mount your bumper and hang it in your family/game room. What a great conversation piece!

 

I'd love to have something like that to hang in a garage. It would be alot different then most garages I'm in with Nascar body parts hanging on the wall.

 

i would have it encased in glass as a showpiece for my livingroom.

 

good ideas about hanging it somewhere.. i might just clean it up a bit, (lots of mud everywhere). and see what i can do with it.

No forget the mud. Leave it as is. Just hang it in the garage and leave it be. The mud adds character.

Its not F1 merchandise so price would be view as one man's junk vs. one man's gold.
For example, I got this for Christmas from a friend live near Sears Pt. Raceway in CA.
Its nice to me but never know if its worth something in future.

Shot in the dark here, but maybe this might help you.
I have one of the headlight cover pieces from accident at RoadAtlanta:


I was going to take it to Lowes and have them match the paint to do some trim work inside the garage (its already painted CW )...I believe they printout the "formula" whenever they make the paint, I will be doing this this weekend hopefully, I could post it up for you if youd like. Just an idea...
