I've been having this problem this whole winter but I thought it was fixed once I got a new battery...BUT since my door latch broke n my door was open one whole night I think the battery is drained again. I turn the key to turn the battery lights on, and then i press the clutch down and turn it more to start but then the car totally shuts down...no lights or anything..no power. Any help anyone? (this happens once i put the clutch down..)

 

is the car making a clicking sound when you try to start it?

if your car had this problem before, and replacing the battery fixed the problem, and the door latch caused the light to be on all night and you believe the battery is dead, wouldnt replacing the battery or getting a jump start be the first thing you would do?

JUMP the car and then let it run for a good 30 mins to an hour... itll take about that long before it recharges the battery enough to the point where it can start up again without a jump...
