K20A swap into 02 civic ex...swap in progress
Just recently my DC5 front and rear clip finally reached the Long Beach port, custom clearing and arranging freight was a pain but I finally got it to my destination. Just last week I started on the swap. Yes, Im swaping a K20A engine, with 6 speed DC5 tranny equipped with LSD, also the front & rear brembo's off the DC5 will be swaped as well. Yeah it probably gonna be alot of work but I can't wait till its finished. I also had to purchase a aluminum radiator for 03 SI civic for the swap. I found a aluminum radiator from C&R which includes a fan. I figured that this radiator and fan would be best for the swap since the engine bay in already cramped.
By the end of next week i will be done with my swap so ill keep you all posted. I hope its fast........until next time..........peace dudes....
There are many other parts that I still have that will be posted up for sale like: DC5 steering wheel, gauge cluster, 2 red recaro seats, doors, and brake ducts. If you are interested in any one of these items let me know via email. I hook you up with some good prices.

Ive already done a complete k20 swap into a 2001 civic dx. it was a piece of cake. I happen to use all stock K series mounts and an RSX radiator.
Later I installed a DC5R muffler on that mug too. its pretty freakin nice. With HONDATA flash (thanks you psonsors) the DX pulls on a type S. oh by the way this is a k20a3 Si motor with the 5 speed and stock intake.
Ive already done the rear type S 5 lug conversion on the Dx and the Master cylinder and booster from a type S as well. Im waiting on the axles from a type S so that we can install the 5 lug on the front and also a type S gearbox, type R chrome moly flywheel and clutch-not to mention DC5R header and cat on the a3 motor.
sucker pulls!

coo dawg, you did alot of work already.....im in the process of my swap. Just today i had to ship out my ecu so the mobilizer can be taken out so my car can start up. I plan hooking up with Hondata to get the flash program. Hey you know if the flash program on the JDm ecu is as affective as its on the type-s ecu? I heard that it makes no difference.....let me....peace....
