How the hell are people getting to the rear motor mount in on factory d16z6-equipped Civics? I'm trying to install ES motor mount inserts and got the passenger and driver side lowers in without much hassle, but the rear is being a major pain in the ***. I can unbolt the mount, but I can't get it out of the car or get enough room to slide the inserts up into the mount. The heater hoses are in the way on top of the mount, and I can't get enough room to pull it out from the bottom even when I jack the tranny to torque the engine over. Any suggestions or helpful walk-throughs?

 

take off both front tranny and a/c bracket and loosen the rear bracket bolt and swing the motor out.
