4th Gen bumper removal?
I did the search but couldn't find the answer. Anyone know the procedure to remove a '93 Prelude front bumper? I took off 5 bolts for the headlight bracket but it's still stuck. Any inputs?
pretty easy.
remove the two front bumper turn signals
remove 2 bolts behind each turn signal
unscrew the screw on each side holding the corners of the bumper to the fender(after removing the wheel well cover to get to it-i don't remember if it was in the way since mine have been off the car for about 2 years.)
remove the nut from each side underneath the headlight inside the engine bay
unscrew the screws up top- there's 4 - 2 plastic, 2 small metal ones
unhook the wires to the turn signals
slide the bumper off.

There is only 4 or 5 bolts to remove for the front bumper. I recently completed the JDM Headlight swap. Stop removing your headlight screws!.
Bolt #1. 7.5" Inches down from the low beam recessed behind the front blinker
Bolt #2. 7.5" Inches down from the low beam recessed toward the center of the hood.
Bolt #3/4 are the same for the other side.
You will need to remove the (2) black supports that are parallel to the body of the car in between the hood lock. Last there should be some screws on the top near the center hood lock.
I think that's it.
