Default valve cover gasket and parts install

ok just picked up all the parts i needed from honda. i got a valve cover gasket, 8 washers, 8 nuts, 5 long bolts, 3 short bolts, 4 spark plug seals, and hondabond. now im going to install these tomorrow and i was wondering a few things...

1. what am i supposed to torque the double sided bolts that go into the head down to? and do i need to use loctite or something?

2.do i need to use hondabond on the valve cover gasket, spark plug seals, and valve cover washers?

3. when torquing down the nuts on top i know im supposed to do 8ft/lbs, but is there a specific pattern im supposed to follow?

thanks guys!

I changed my valve cover and gasket I think the top bolts I did 8ft/lbs I didn't use any seals on the valve cover seals and the spark plug ones...but that might have been a bad thing....

My valve cover is fine though....no leaks no nothing I did use some silicon gasket grab for the valve cover gasket, just because I don't want no leaks or anything.

Good luck, it's a pretty easy job and if you have a friend to help you out, you can do it much quicker.
