Are Gauges har to install on a 4th Gen. Lude?
Hey whats up? I wanna put some gauges in my 94 vtec...i was thinking Temp, water and oil. Anyone have any good mounting areas other then on the the drivers side next to the steering wheel? I wanan put them on my dash somewhere....does anyone if they make something to hold 3 gauges where i can mount them on my dash? Thanks
Cause everybody and thier grandmother has something on the a pillar why not be original...I am cutting out my dash and putting a euro civir cluster in...or going to try anyhow...93 prelude dashes hate.
I was thinking bout fiberglassing a lil boxe to hide under the dash in the clock area.

I guess it's unique for me since I drive a 2dr 90 Accord w/H22 and since Autometer doesn't make pillars for my car, I had to modify the civic HB ones to fit. I want to custom fit the Civic bezel with the dual gauge pods by Autometer on my car but that seems like a lot of hassle. I recommend putting gauges in the glove box cause it's easy and a very clean look, but I understand you want it on your dash.

I flush mounted my gauges in the dash on the passenger side. A autometer a/f ratio, water temp & oil pressure. If you want help, let me know I can take pictures and help you wire yours up ... just reply/email me...

I put my boost gauge in place of the a/c vent on the driver's side door. Looks pretty slick, and it's very hard to see from outside the car.
I also used the ash try area to mount my J&S gauge when I used to have it.
Stereo shops can usually do fiberglass work for you if you can't.
