Default Mounting rear sway on VX question

So I got a rear sway off a Del Sol, and all the hardware to put it on, but...the bolts for the mounting bracket are what I am wondering about. Do the models that come with rear sways have threads into the subframe, or do they bolt through with nuts on the back? I went to put it on and noticed there are no threads, but I told Honda dealer I needed everything to mount them, and they didn't give me any nuts. Anyway thanks.

I don't see a nut for the bolt in this pic, that's another reason I am asking...

Well, the picture is the one from the Honda parts catalog for the Del Sol vtec model, but ya they're pretty much the same anyway.
