Default ground controls on stock springs?

97 gsr sedan,.,.ground controls on stock springs? how safe it that? i really need to lower my car but cant afford the shocks yet. how will the ride be?

I don' t think you can fit the stock integra springs onto ground control coilovers.

even if the ground control sleeves fit the stock springs, it wouldn't lower the car, it would actuall raise it.
I'm assuming you meant ground controls on stock shocks? They will work OK, but it is definitely better to change the shocks too. The stock shocks aren't made for a lowered spring, or a stiffer spring so they will wear much faster, and won't properly control the stiffer springs.

GC on stock shocks would be ok as TypeRdude said, but springs???
