Just a thought.. this is the EF/Civic Forum. Pre 92' Vehicals.
The 4 wire O2, and your question is OBD1 related, Since OBD1 starting in 92, i would think your post would be more benificial in the EG / 92' and up forums...

Ok, your question was different then what you were looking for, your wondering how to use a 4 wire o2 sensor on a obd - 0 car right? i thought u meant using a one wire on a obd-1. That diagram you put up shows how to manually wire up a 4 wire o2 sensor on a obd-1 car.

yeah but you can just use that diagram to fig out how to wire a one wire into a 4 wire harness.
sorry if you cant fig. it out you connect the blacks together and the white connects to the one wire on the OBD0 O2 sensor and the green you dont need just leave it.
