How do you guys remove the plastic rivets behind the door panel??..please help..
I redoing my door panels myslef, because the upholstery shop was going to charge me 100 bucks to do. Materials and tools cam out to like 30 bucks. But I cant seem to figure out those damn plastic rivets is there a trick to them or something. Please help, I dont mind driving without door panels for a while but I eventually want to do this as soon as possible. I know somebody knows...

melt them or use a grinding bit...I found that melting it around the edges worked well...also made it easier when putting them back together
