i was wondering can u mix the years around ..... or can u use the headlights off a hb or the fenders ... . just wondering cause i might be able to peice one together..... they are going on a 89 crx.....

 

the only parts from other models that i THINK MIGHT work on a CRX (from a HB) is headlights and hood. the rest of the stuff is different.

as far as years, im not sure. most of the stuff i see is from 90-91 CRXs

you can use the fenders but the trim is different. on the HB, it's really wide and on the crx it's thin.

also, there are different parts on the 88-89 compared to the 90-91. I learned that the hard way.

I bought an 89, hoping to use the parts for my 90 (both SI's), not so much.. some of the stuff is just straight up different. For instance... THE WIRING

 

yes i kinda of figured the the headlights would and the hood... he might have the fenders i hope......
