I'm trying to determine what tranny options there are for the F22B DOHC JDM engine. I know this engine is basically a variant of the H23. Does this mean the H23 tranny will fit? Does this also mean the tranny from a F22A1 will fit? And what about from the F22B1?

 

they will all bolt up to the motor , but h series uses a different tranny mount

 

Do you know, are H22 and H23 the same tranny? Ratios and all that.

 

the ratios are different, the h23 has longer gear ratios. there's a chart on here somewhere try searching for it. the tranny case is the same though
