Default Rear Brakes from a 90-93 Integra on a EF hatch...

Well to make a long story short, a local salvage yard has 2 or 3 Integras with the disk brakes still on the cars. I am going to attempt to take them off myself and put them on my beater (91 hatch). I am just wanting to make sure what all is needed for the disk brake upgrade. I know I will need the whole arm, brake lines, and e-brake cables. but I searched something about the master cylinder and prop valve? Is this necessary to get the master cylinder and the prop. valve? If any of you guys that have done the swap could help me out with all that I need it would be appreciated. I am planning on buying some nice rotors for it and pads and possibly steel-braided brake lines. Once again any suggestions would be helpful and appreciated.

If you are using the master cylinder off of the integra don't forget to use the integra brake booster.

well that was my real question....is it necessary to get the master cylinder/booster and the prop valve. the car has all of those parts available so I could get them just would take more time. Someone let me know if it would be beneficial to get teh master cylinder and prop. valve?

Integra master cylinder is larger so you get more braking force, the proportioning valve is a good idea because it balances your brakes better, with a drum brake prop valve you get less pressure to the rear, so changing that will give you better balanced brakes. If you can get them easy do it, its worth it.
