Using DOHC Axles & Halfshaft with a SOHC Engine?
I am looking into going to equal length axles from a DOHC and need some input from people that have done this in the past. I have read that our D blocks have the holes for the haldshaft and they just need tapped. Just wanted info from people that have done the install to know what is involved and if there are any fit problems with the axles working in our D series trannies.

You will have to go with a DOHC ZC tranny because of the bigger splines in the diff. Read this http://www.d-series.org/viewtopic.php?t=2112
