Its in the heater box behind the glove box, from what I hear and see in diagrams its a pita to get to, most usually are.

But before you rip your dash apart to fix this, Id check the linkage on your climate control directly behind the temp. variation ****, then follow that same linkage down to under the center console/glovebox area, there will be a small white linkage setup with the cables attached to it, this is in simple terms for your hot air mixture.

Turn the **** on the climate control and see if those move at all, or you can just pull them toward you, to open it all the way, and you should have hot air.

This is exactly what was my problem with my crx and is very very common in all crx's, I didnt have heat but the motor blew in all speeds and the car ran great at operating temp.

The linkage at the climate control in my car moved fine, but when you got down to the second set it wasnt moving at all, the car was running when I did this and when I pulled the second set toward me(opening the linkage) it was hot instantly, my heat blows hot as hell now and it took me 5 min. good luck!

KasperFFTI had some good advice but the heater core is actually more to the center of the dash... If you pull off the glove box you'd only be able to see your A/C condensor (or bypass box, if you don't have A/C) and the actual fan box (to the far right)... You will infact have to pull the dash if the problem ends up not being anything little... That's not really too bad as you can pull the dash, etc. in about 20 mins... Just my $0.02, Good Luck

To access the linkage behind the Climate control, youll have to remove your center console, and the screws holding the CC into the mounting bracket, then the linkage is directly behind the Temp. Variation ****, while looking at the linkage, turn the ****, it should turn(its held in by small clips and these can break) but usually this peice is okay, then follow the two black linkages down to behind the center console just above and to the left of where the computer sits, the second set of linkage sits out in the open, its metal with some white clips on it, usually its in the pushed in position closing the blend doors, its kinda in the shape of this

> when it is closed, the poiny edge facing toward the fireway, just put your finger behind the assembly and pull on it so its like this < pointy edge facing you, and you should have hot air, if that is the prob.
