alrigt i have a 91 rex on 17s and my springs are going out and i want to keep stock height so i want a real stiff spring and was wandering if you guys had any suggestions thanks
I read on the Resource today that 84-87 Honda Prelude Springs work, are stiffer, and don't compromise the ride height. Matt also recommended them for B16 swaps though. Here's what he said.

Like 99EKhatch said, get Ground Control coilovers and simply leave them set at stock height.
When you call up Ground Control to order them, you can specify what spring rate you want. They use Eibach ERS linear-rate springs, which I think come in 25 lb-in increments. The default rates are 350f/250r, I believe.
How stiff do you want it? What do you intend to do with the car? And why do you need to leave it at stock height?
