bypassing throttle body water line

I bypassed mine on my daily driver - no problems.
Can't help much on the '03 Civic, though - you might just take a look at it though, it's not usually all that complicated. Just figure out where the coolant heads out to the throttle body, and where it comes back, then loop the lines at that point. You may need to block the fast idle valve to prevent a surging idle afterwards.
