these civic's don't come with cup holders in them and i was curious if a piece from a 94 up integra would work to go from the piece that comes down from the dash to the console on the floor, let me know if anyone has ever done this before, i was just curious before i go out and buy one.
here's a pic of my 4dr i recently took. yes its dirty and i should have grabbed the e-brake handle when i did this swap also, but it still fit and looks ok and the arm-rest is a huge plus.
Would it fit a '91 sedan?? I've been told it won't fit cuz of the big belt things on the inner side of the seats....I'm talking about the seatbelt reels....

Youre correct, 94+ Integra consoles wont work in your '91 sedan because of those seatbelt things. Those seatbelts are the only thing i hated about my '91 sedan.

someone actually did a integra console in a 4 door. He turned the seatbelt things around. Let me see if I can find the thread.

B17Boost: I don't uderstand what you mean when you say it sits higher? I would say try to pull on the sides and make it sit right. Its only plastic. Does it line up while sitting high??

one more question for all you people that have done this, i put one in my 89 civic lx 4 door and i was just curious if there are more than 2 screws that actually match up to hold it in, the only two screws i put in were next to the cd player in the dash, anyone know if i have to drill holes anywhere else and put more screws or is it a tight enough fit that you don't have to do this, any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!!!!!
you cant do it in a crx without some fabrication the consoles are different the civic hatch is 2 pieces and the crx one is all one piece im sure it can be done but not near as easily as the hatch
If I switched to 88/89 seatbelts, it would work..right? How can I go about switching?? I went by Honda today and cuz the previous owner CUT the passive seatbelt (the one that goes along the window).....it voided the lifetime seatbelt warranty.....
I'm also running a 3 point Sabelt for myself...and will put one for passenger for canyon runs..but I want normal seatbelts for daily driving...

88-91 Si seats come with the seat belt hooker thinger attatched to the seat. Get those and you wont have a problem putting the console in.
