thats Ken Nomura, hes the driver of the four door blitz skyline in the d1. he also owns monkey magic, the company that makes URAS bodykits for drifting.

Its called the Tein EDFC (Electronic Damper Force Control) You can adjust your damper stiffness from inside the car.
