WTB EG hatch or CRX in ny/pa

I'm looking for a CRX or EG hatch around Athens/Sayre PA (do mapquest to find)
lookin for a first car, around 2 grand probly, figured it'd be a good idea to start w/ something light on account of there are rumors of a track comin in
