Default H22a4 crank in a h22a1? (searched)

I searched but had no luck comming up with much. What has to be done to get the larger journal h2a4 crank in a h22a1? Is it even worth it strengh wise for a full race turbo motor pushing major power? Just trying to research before I start to build my track car.
