I dont know y my speedometer and tachometer needles stick from 0 to 3000 rpm and stick from 0 to 30 mph only when its cold as hell on my 1999 lude if i warm up the car inside it stops if it gets cold again it starts to stick it doesnt stay stuck just looks like if it keeps touching some thing only in this cold weather not in the warm im stumped please help.

 

do you have indiglos? if you do thats ur problem, but if u dont then my guess would be your speed sensor.
