Default Greddy EVO vs. Apexi N1

I had a Greddy EVO on my old Civic si, and was thinking of having it welded to fit my gsr.

that or

Buy an Apexi N1 for it instead.

Keep the Evo. Sounds much better than that loud *** N-1. Just my $.02.

Depends on what you have on your gsr. I heard a stock gsr and one with H/E/I and cams and it sounded great with the evo but the stock one sounded like crap, the N1 sounded good both times.

I agree. I put the evo on my GSR when it was stock and I liked it, but wasnt a Huge fan. I added, I/JDM 4-1 header/Cat and it just sounds sick. Much better than stock...I love my evo now

sizewise, are they both 2.5"?

Along with looking at a Vortech SC or greddy turbo in the long run.

If you are not getting the EVOII (which I actually like) then I would recommend the N1 (JDM header + N1 = Sick)

You could just save the money and use the one from your SI. Both are nice exhausts...

thanks for the correction.

anyways, i'd go w/ the apex n1. i like the canister look and if you ever think it's too loud for you, you can put the silencer on.

Thats a hard one... I have owned both exhaust and loved both of them.

If you want to go deeper and more throaty (also a little more quiet) go with evo

If you want crazy heart racing sound (when vtec engages) go with the N1
The N1 does have some clearance issues though. I scraped mine all the time
