Default selling valve cover.... question

i recently purchased a JDM ITR valve cover and am now selling the OEM valve cover off of my 2001 gsr. i already searched, but couldn't find what these valve covers usually go for.

mine is in great condition. included are 4 pics of mine. the only flaw is a very small blemish near the 2nd bolt that holds the spark plug cover down (2nd pic).

i know this belongs in the classifieds, but i was curious as to what they go for. i would like to know a decent price before i go and post it in the classifieds. thanks.

ps. used gasket is also included. (it is still useable)

$50 is fair. I'd expect not to pay any more than $50 for one if I was in the market for one.

Actually, these valve covers go for over $250 brand new from the dealership, and that is employee cost... I got a brand new OEM ITR valve cover from the dealership at employee cost and it was $142 and change... WTF...? Go figure... The price for an ITR for a customer was only $189 and change...

Here's Acura Automotive Parts.Org's prices....

The GSR... $221.71
The ITR... $169.18

Yeah, but dealership price is different from market price. (which sucks when you want to sell stuff when you know damn well these things cost a grip new!) But watcha gonna do?

but if yours had the honda emblem on the bottom it would sell for a lil more (JDM)

Yeah but if yours is in excellent condition, and some faded *** ones are selling for $50, then you could actually get a little more once people know what the price is for a brand new one...

it's a valve cover.. 50 bucs shipped is a good price. if it was powder coated or something extravagent like that, then maybe 75 bucs or so, but no more than that.
