Default b16 mysterious plug wire problem

I'm posting this for a friend, crx w/b16, msd wires . One off the wires (cylinder #3 I believe) keeps popping off the spark plug. Not all the way off but enough where you can see the difference. We pushed it back on , and next day it popped back off again. It's making the car run like crap.. as anyone else had this problem. It's not the spark plug valve cover seal because inside the spark plug wall, it's dry..no oil.. any info or suggestions will be appreciated..

I cant really comment on this, I know DSMer's have this problem really bad, the car runs fine when it is plugged in?

What kinda plugs your runnin, and whats the gap at?

heres a link to a great site ive been a member of since they started up.

http://www.dsmtuners.com you can try going there and asking them the same ? just keep it simple and dont mention you have a honda and they'll treat it as a reg. ? and give you some ideas.

You might try cleaning inside the wire's boot and the plug itself with some rubbing alcohol, or some other cleaner. Cleaning the boot and giving it a clean spark plug to grip might help you a bit.

Also, make sure you're pushing the boot down in far enough. If you did'nt feel it "click" into place, try again. Don't be afraid of pushing down to hard either, it takes me quite a bit of force to seat my magnecors far enough to feel them click.
