Default FS: 97 Civic EX Coupe, Milano Red, Autocrosser (WITH LOADS OF EXTRA PARTS!!)

MAKE ME AN OFFER!

Hey guys, Im going off to college in NY, so Im selling my baby to buy a Jeep. All the installs were done by myself and my Dad. The work has been checked and tuned by a Honda Mechanic, but the car has only seen a shop for exhaust installation and my first stereo install.

History:
Bought it in August of 2002 with 66k mi, car now has 83k mi
Car was stolen in January of 2003, recovered the same day. Only damage was that the steering column needed to be replaced, no other damage was done, besides that my stereo and rims were gone. Work was done at Odonnell Honda here in MD and I have all the paperwork.

Condition:
Car has a small dent on the passenger side door that could easily be pulled with a dent puller. Paint is in immaculate condition. Still shines like the day I bought it. Clutch is great, transmission has NO grinds whatsoever. Brakes are practically brand new, as I replaced the stock front rotors and pads with EBC rotors and green stuff pads. The interior is still in new condition.

Car Parts (What's in it):
Original D16y8 motor
AEM ITR CAI (red)
97 GSR TB
Skunk2 IM
B&M FPR & FP Gauge
Crower Stage2 cam
Revenge Motorsports Titanium Valvesprings and Retainers
OBX Red cam gear
NGK Iridium IX Plugs
Comptech Sport SS Header
Comptech Sport SS catback exhaust
Walbro 255lph fuel pump
Apexi VAFC
Koni Yellow shocks
H&R Sport springs
EBC Brake Rotors
EBC GreenStuff Pads
Appearance:
Kosei K1 Racing 17" White wheels w/Wanli Z-rated tires
Tsunami T2000 front bumper
BuddyClub sideskirts and rear bumper
JDMshit.com CarbonFiber hood
TypeR style headlights
99-00 Tails (Red/Clear)
Si OEM spoiler
ModernImage white vinyl flames down the sides (can easily be removed with a heat gun if not preferred)
Strobes in headlights and tailights for the parades I participated in
Interior:
TypeR style (Black w/red stitching) seats
Sparco 4pt red harnesses
TypeR pedals
Short shifter
TypeR shifter and shift boot (black w/red stitching)
Air vents, speaker grilles, etc. colormatched red
TypeR floormats
Engine start button, and 3 airplane style switches for neons, strobes, and fogs
Electronics:
Alpine CDA7893 Head Unit
Rockford Fostgate Fanatic P components (6 1/2" front doors)
Pioneer TS-A6975 6x9 3 Way Speakers (rear deck)
Alpine MRP-200 amp
QLogic Type2 Box
JL Audio 10w3 sub
Cadence 1 farad capacitor

Extra Parts that come with the car for free:
Stock 14" wheels and almost brand new Yokohama all-weather tires w/hubcaps
Stock seats (no rips, stains, or tears)
Stock front and rear bumpers, and sideskirts
Stock Hood (a few minor dings and one or two small pin head sized chips)
Stock throttle body
Stock cam gear
Stock Air box
Stock shifter
extra valve cover from a z6
Stock head unit and casette tape player
Stock front components and rear 6x9's
fog lights (wiring is therem but I removed the lights)

Again, its sad to see this car having to go. I have put around $9k of parts and labor into this car, which is why it's so hard to let go. I am looking for around $8500 with parts with all of the extras listed above[/B]. If you understand the time and money that has gone into this car, and you look at all of the extra things that I am throwing in, you will see how good of a deal this is, or I think it is.

PM me or email me at BMac86@comcast.net if you are interested and would like to know the VIN or see some pics or videos. Would like to sell soon. Get back to me!

EDIT: Here's a pic before the winter before I got my hood on and such.

Hmmm, Id say I felt a boost of about maybe 33.27658 hp...PER VINYL

Anyways, yea some people dont like the flames, and some do. I know basically everyone on here is "sleeper only" so I probably wont have much luck. THanks for the free bumps atleast.

Thanks man. Yea, it was a choice I made very early into my car. A choice that I now regret, but it can be easily undone. I will not dare touch those flames right now, becuase the winter would be the worst possible time to try and pull vinyl off the car. If I had the proper facilities and heating capabilities I might attempt it, but I think it would be easier for the buyer to try it this spring.

Clean

I bought it used at a Dodge/Chrysler dealer here in MD. It was stolen once, but was recovered the same day. I am the 2nd owner of the vehicle.

Edit to above posts: Car will come as is, unless requested otherwise. The stock front and sides are currently on the car, but the aftermarket rear is on. The carbon hood is also still on the car. I have taken the body kit front and sides off because they need to be repainted. The front bumper should be on by this friday, 2/13/04. Please make an offer or come see it, I cant drive it due to the snow, so please come and take a look or make an offer. I will give the VIN and many more pics once requested. Thanks for your time.
