This has happened twice in the last couple days. When starting the car turns over but won't fire up, and I hear crackling sound comeing from under the dash, possibly from main relay/fusebox. Fuel pressure was good, spark seems week, and it only makes this sound on the first time I crank it. After it doesn't start, leave it for 20 minutes and hour, and it started up.

I think some of my problem is coming from bad timing, and valve tick. Unsure about what to think of the sound.
