Default '94 Accord Paint Problem

Ok heres the deal one side of my accord has what looks like spider-web cracking in the paint. Im guessing theres no way to really fix this besides re-painting? If its not fixable what kinds of things can I do/use to make it less noticeable and keep it from getting worse? Thanks!

is there anyway you can take a picture of it? How long has it been there? Sometimes we have people here that just left bird crap on their car too long and it ate the paint to where it looks like cracking but wont spread, then again we have people with actual spider cracks.

The actual spider cracks I have no clue how to fix, I had them on my Talon and I was just goina replace the bumpers.
