I have been searching for a D Series Manifold forever, but the trick was I wanted something that was pretty much the best bang for my buck, but I did not want no OBX Manifold. I am on a pretty tight budget, but I found this manifold for $200

Is it worth it?







hope someone can give me some advice . . . . I was just going for a log manifold, but let me know your thoughts.

 

did you find that manifold lying in the gutter some where??..i'm sure you can find something better in f/i classifieds.

I just bought a similar manifold for my D16. Mine is stainless and is a homemade job like that one. It looked great in the pics but the head flange was warped quite a bit. otherwise it was a good deal for 150.

Just hope it isn't all cracked and warped. looks like it would flow a lot better than a log style. i'de offer him under 150 for it.

is the bottom of the #4 runner repaired where it meets the head (last pics)?

 

i woudl check classifieds or lovefab...why not pay a little more for some assurance that it isnt warped or cracked...

 

that one kind looks like a hack job. the collector look wierd (to me)

I'd get cast log style over those overhyped bling ones anyday.

I say find a cheaper log style.
